This earth-to-bean-to-bar experience includes all aspects of the craft chocolate making process:

- Harvest and process fresh cacao.
- Explore cacao cultivation and fermentation.
- Learn about cacao’s place in sustainable agroforestry.
- Experience fresh cacao fruit, juice and fermented cider.
- Understand chocolate roasting profiles.
- Develop your melanging and conching techniques.
- Master tempering and pouring.
- Participate in a Costa Rican cacao ceremony.
Tastings: Explore Single-Origin Chocolate
We love to take people on unique chocolate tasting journeys. That could be an exploration of a single bean from unroasted nib to chocolate confection, a comparison of the surprisingly different flavor profiles of a variety of origin chocolates all prepared exactly the same way, or something else entirely. The possibilities are almost endless and we’re ready to explore them with you!

Our Chocolate: Unique Offerings
We don’t currently sell our chocolate, although we do receive a lot of requests to do so, which we deeply appreciate. In the future, as a way of sharing our vision and responding to people’s desire to support it, we plan to occasionally make some of our creations available. These would be a special batch of bars or a particularly inspired confection flavor. When we make these available, whether it is at a pop-up, a night-market, or some other special venue or occasion, we’ll update you via social media or our email list. For now, if you want to taste our chocolate, you’ll be able to do so at our workshop, a special event or a private tasting.
