Come out and join us on Tuesday 3/26 at the base of Smith Tower (and bring a friend or two). We will begin with a panel discussion with Obie, and a couple of Theo Chocolate’s original chocolate makers, followed by a chocolate tasting. Obie will be taking everyone on a single-origin journey from the bean all the way to milk chocolate, and discussing flavor profiles and sustainable, equitable chocolate. For this tasting, Obie is using beans solely from Dos Lagunas farms , and attendees will have the opportunity to taste samples from each step of the chocolate manufacturing process.
